If you want to experience the real spirit and hospitality of the ancient city, you should have at least one breakfast at this location. The name of the bar is a singular word, used only in Plovdiv. It is very difficult to translate, but the closest you get is to say "Take it easy". Everything in Plovdiv, more or less, carries this philosophy, which contributes to the special vibe that it has. In this cafeteria, everything is aiming toward perfection. All the breakfasts and snacks are homemade by the owner. The tea is handmade too, even though you will be surprised by the variety that the place offers.
